Yup, situs inversus. All her organs are backwards. Her heart is on the right, her liver is on the left, her stomach is on her right, and so forth. Pretty rare. She knew about it, and told everyone except the poor resident, who was trying to listen to her heart on the left and couldn't hear much of anything...
